Privacy Policy

Denzum LLC runs https://denzum.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here. We collect as little as the Service can function on, and we do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
What we collect

We do not collect payment card details, cryptocurrency wallet keys, seed phrases or exchange API credentials. The Service never asks for them, and cannot use them if offered.
Market data is not your data
Wallet equity, positions and PnL shown in the Service are read from public blockchain and exchange sources. That information is public regardless of this Service and is not personal data we hold about you. Which wallets you choose to watch is private to your account and is never shown to other users.
Legal basis
Where the UK/EU GDPR applies: we process your account data and watchlists to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)), server logs and abuse prevention under our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure (Article 6(1)(f)), and order records to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Who else sees it
- Google — handles sign-in. We receive your identifier, email, name and picture; Google receives the fact that you signed in. See Google's own privacy policy.
- Our payment processor — receives the order reference and amount when you buy a plan, and tells us when it is paid. Your payment details are handled by them, not us.
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the Service and, where alerts are enabled, delivers alert emails.
- Trading venues — we send them wallet addresses to read public data. We never send them anything about you.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics trackers or third-party tracking pixels.
Cookies
One cookie, and it is strictly necessary: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is HttpOnly, sent only to this site, and set with the Secure flag over HTTPS. It carries no tracking identifier and no advertising value. A short-lived cookie is also set during sign-in to protect against cross-site request forgery, and is deleted immediately afterwards. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Most of it is under your direct control in the app — you can edit or delete any wallet or list at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, or to request a copy of your data, email us at admin@denzum.com; we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is held on servers we control. Traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Sessions are signed and expire. Access to the underlying server is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but the Service is deliberately designed to hold nothing that could move your money.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes and material changes are signalled in the Service.
