Terms of Use
Last updated 23 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Denzum LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of https://denzum.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 years old and must not use the Service where doing so would breach the law that applies to you. One person, one account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the Service, or is used to attack or overload it.
3. What the Service does
The Service reads publicly available information from third-party trading venues and presents it to you. It is read-only: it cannot place trades, move funds, or access any account of yours at any venue, and it never asks for a private key, seed phrase or exchange API key. Anything shown is informational only — please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, resell, redistribute or systematically extract data from the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset;
- access it by automated means other than any interface we publish for that purpose;
- circumvent plan limits, rate limits or access controls, or share one account between several people;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' data, or the infrastructure it runs on;
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the Service or the venues it reads from.
5. Free and paid plans
A free plan is available with the limits shown on the pricing section. Paid plans ("Pro") unlock higher limits and additional features, at the prices listed at the time of purchase. We may change plan features and prices; changes apply to new purchases and renewals, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
6. Payment, term and renewal
Paid plans are purchased with cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details, wallet keys or exchange credentials.
- Access begins when the payment is confirmed on-chain by the processor, which is usually minutes but can take longer during network congestion.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: access simply ends when the period you paid for expires, unless you choose to pay again. Paying before expiry adds time to the end of your current period rather than replacing it.
- Payments are final. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by us, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or for periods you did not use. If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will consider a credit at our discretion. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
- Underpayments and overpayments. If the amount received does not match the invoice, the order is held for review rather than activated. Contact us and we will resolve it.
7. Availability, and no guarantees
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no uptime commitment and no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. It depends on third-party venues and infrastructure that we do not control. Features may change or be withdrawn. Alerts and refreshes are best effort; do not rely on them as the sole trigger for a time-sensitive decision.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data, however caused. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of what you put into the Service — the addresses, labels and lists you create. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the Service for you. We keep ownership of the Service itself, its interface, code and branding. Underlying market data belongs to the venues that publish it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, or if required by law. If we terminate your account without cause while you hold an active paid period, we will refund the unused portion.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be signalled in the Service. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
